We loved our stay because we were just a short drive from Parque del Café and El Paraíso del Bambu, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery and park views while exploring the area at our own pace. Having fun adventures nearby truly enhanced our family time, but there were times when outside events at the hotel disrupted our relaxation.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting stay in Pueblo Tapao with very good value for money. The pool areas were great for relaxing after a long day. Make sure to check if any events are scheduled during your stay to avoid disturbances.

We had a fantastic four-night stay with our family at this beautiful resort! The kids loved the water park and go-kart track, while the adults enjoyed the spacious, comfortable rooms and amazing poolside service. The dining options were superb, especially the breakfast buffet filled with fresh fruits and pastries. However, the check-in process could have been smoother, as it felt a bit chaotic at times.
